Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
 

Domestic Shipping Policy / Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders,  shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in  transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment  of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order are estimated based on average cost to ship, which is based on weight and size of package.

USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 business days $16.00

 *Full Dash Package shipping costs vary and will be calculated after purchase.
 

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery  addresses within the continental United States.  Delivery delays can  occasionally occur.
 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from the carrier once your order has  shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
 

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
TheDetailSS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to  your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the  responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
 

Damages:

TheDetailSS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during  shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the  shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials  and damaged goods before filing a claim.
 

International Shipping Policy:
We ship outside the U.S.

Refund Policy

TheDetailSS will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new  condition, free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, please first contact TheDetailSS and then mail your item within 30 days from receipt of delivery of the original order. 


Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the  receipt of original order. 


Only defective orders will be refunded shipping costs. Should you decide to return the item for any reason other than a defective product you will be responsible for shipping costs to/from our shop. 


Please allow up to 4 weeks for issuance of a refund.
